The Reception was the next day in my parents backyard. It was beautiful, and I am so grateful that all of my family pitched in and helped pull it together so last minute. Thanks guys!
The reception started at 7:00pm and right then it began to pour rain, it did that off and on for about an hour and a half but it really cooled things down and made the night interesting. The rain stopped just in time for us to party on the dance floor. It was a lot of fun!
One side note...I am not a fan of my wedding cake, long story short the bakery messed up a little...to say the least, so ignore the pictures of the ugly cake :)

The Temple - August 8, 2008
August 8, 2008 was the perfect day! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. Ben and I got our pictures taken in the morning and were married in the late afternoon, and we had a dinner afterward with family that evening.
The Proposal
Ben had the cutest way of asking me to marry him. He sent me on a scavenger hunt to all of the places we went to often or went to when we were first dating. The end of the hunt was at the Logan Temple where there was a book waiting for me on the fountain titled, "20 Reasons Why You Should Marry Me". It was so cute, I then turned around and there he was and he got down on one knee and said a bunch of cute things but I was trying so hard to remember the moment that I forgot to listen to what he was saying...
